Luther ad nauseum

"If I knew the world was going to end tomorrow, I'd pland a tree today."

Luther quote via Luther's new book, 'Plowing in Hopi' a collection of essays on old indian techniques in primative cultivation.

Elder Newman, I do not make these kind of charges lightly. Sir, you are a thief. The worst kind of thief. You have to sink pretty low to steal a man's Luther quote for your own BLOG. You couldn't even remember the Author of the book you stole it from can you? See if I ever show you my books again!

Dearest Layman and Esteemed Friend,

I resemble those charges. Although I must point out an obvious rebuttle. In order to steal a quote, one must first own it. Therefore I believe your aggravations are misplaced. Luther himself should be complaining. Rather, it's my estimation that's he's happy to be remembered. In my mind, the rule concerning the use of quotes is: early bird gets the worm.

So in distinguished reformed fashion, I admonition you to rescind your charges and desist. Lest you provoke me to find some D.Wilson quotes involving those quick to accuse.

As a layman in an entirely different congregation in an entirely different presbytery in an entirely different denomination, I feel that it is my duty to bring you up on charges. As of this post, it is clear that you have forsaken the Reformed Good News. This is clear to me and shall become clear to you as soon as you read my prooftext that proves that you are in error.... 2 Kings 4:19.... Ha! You shall shortly be removed from your position of authority and taken and flogged. Or perhaps blogged. Whichever is worse.

Mr. Trawlerman

Your rational seems balanced and appropriate, but must be viewed with precedence. So then not having patience to consider these matter thoroughly, I single handedly declare that it is the position of this presbytery to refuse outside inquiry or comment into this particular matter.
(Confusing the issue is the fact that both our presbyteries are in the same State)

So in summary to settle the matter, it is my personal belief that I have more verses on my side to prove my point than you do, regardless of your wordsmith use of OT passages. Therefore you, dear sir, are obviously the loser.
