Friends Indeed
I recieved a gift packet today from friend who lives far, far, away in a distant land. A land where beards grow unaltered and books are read by authors who live in abscurity and controversy. Upon opening my wonderful gift, my wife said:

ask that wife of yours if she likes anne geddes. if she does, your next task is to ask if she could use an anne geddes calender. if she answers yes to both, i will pass it along to her with my next pen-and-ink letter. (my dad gave us two calenders for Christmas.) (and an apology to you for highjacking your comments section for personal correspondence instead of insightful witticisms...)

Part of the reason I had to get a blog is to expend my hijacking energies into something useful. I enjoy hijacking more than blogging; no apology needed or recieved.
