John, My mother got me R.Williams book 'The Dwelling of the Light' after I showed interest in that title when we were lookin at a catalog. I skipped ahead to chp 4, where I scanned this image. So the ans to your first question is 'yes', and the ans to your second question is 'I don't know yet'.
